Beautiful place but there was a couple of minor issues. Ants in the kitchen and hair in the shower when we got there. The hot tub was cold so we did not get to use it. The latch app used to get into the building was not working when we first got there. I called customer service and they did not answer the first call. When they called back they got defensive, rude, and frustrated with me that the app was not working. After we got in, there was no isssues with the app but it was not connecting to my phone at first. It was a beautiful place and very well kept (other than issues listed above.) The location was great as well. It was very secure and I would recommend it.

The host was great from the very beginning. Our family was there to celebrate a college graduation, and it was the perfect house for us. While we couldn't pay for early check-in due to another guest checking out that same morning, the host allowed us to check-in as soon as the house was ready. We loved the house—beautiful, modern interior, spacious, and very clean. The house was just right for our group of six adults. The casita was so nice to have and allowed privacy away from the main house. We spent a lot of time enjoying the gorgeous fall weather in the backyard playing cornhole and sitting by the pool and firepit. Additionally, the house was very convenient to most everything in Scottsdale and a short drive to Sky Harbor airport. The only thing that was missing was an iron or steamer unless we missed it. We had to purchase one to ensure all outfits were graduation-ready. Other than that small detail, everything was fantastic!!!! We would definitely stay in this house again!
