The best coffee/tea shop option nearby - great food and espresso drinks. Service is not quick, but there is a cute courtyard to sit in while you wait. Prices are very affordable. Within walking distance.

Secretly and surprisingly delicious! Closed Mondays. Try the Lisa Bowl. Or the Iced Salted Caramel Latte. Or the Breakfast Sandwich with ham. Or the Mic Mic. If you're lucky enough to be there when James has made Apricot Bars, buy the pan if he'll sell them. They freeze well. This is not fast food, nor are you here for the ambiance. You're here for stellar food and the people.
