A New Paltz Favorite with great food. All good things are worth the wait so be prepared to wait a bit for this gem which often have lines outside.

This is THE spot for breakfast on the weekend--arrive early or be prepared to wait. Has the usual breakfast food and it accommodates vegans.

Because it provides good food at reasonable prices. It is only open till 4 though. Great breakfasts and lunches!
