The easiest place to enjoy a glass from Goodwater Vineyards is this location in Hartford. The lovely tasting room is across the street from the BP/Pigeon River Smokehouse. I'm really impressed with this Southeastern vineyard. I prefer the dryer wines, but they have lots of sweet berry and muscadine ones too. Unlike other wineries in the area the fruit really is grown here and you can visit up the road in Mosheim/Parrottsville. Call ahead to have a picnic planned.
