During the summer there is a beer garden here at night, and in the mornings they are a small coffee shop/cafe with pastries and sandwiches.

Perks Coffee Shop & Beer Garden Excellent local breakfast coffee bar, the sandwich is fresh and not greasy, the staff are very friendly. The raw bar opens by end of June, it has happy hours from 3-5, expected to be crowed!
