Tiki Gardens (196th & Gulf Blvd), formerly a tourist attraction, was purchased by Pinellas County and converted into a Beach Access Parking Lot. There are 168 parking spaces available at a parking hourly rate of $2.50/hr.

Indian Rocks Beach is one of the closest beaches to us. It's about 15 minutes. The better parking lot is Tiki Gardens. (Apparently, Tiki Gardens used to be a theme park.) This is a quieter beach. The sand isn't as powdery as Clearwater Beach, but it's still quite nice. Parking is $2.50 per hour (as of our last visit).
