Hönö, ön som har allt man kan önska sig.Liten stuga med fullt utrustat kök och dagbädd för två. Stugan har en uteplats med grillmöjligheter och utemöbler. Vi har även cyklar att låna ut. Stugan ligger tre minuters promenad från närmsta matbutik (Hemköp). Går man några meter till hamnar man i Klåva hamn där det finns shoppingmöjligheter och ett bra utbud med restauranger och caféer. Stugan ligger 3 minuters cykelväg till en badplats där det finns brygga, strand och klippor. Hönö erbjuder flera vackra badplatser runt om hela ön.

Perfekt combo av stad, hav och naturHär bor du i eget litet hus med gångavstånd till havet (ca 20min), där du kan börja dagen med ett dopp, ta lunchen på uteplatsen och sedan åka in till stan på ca 30 min för shopping eller andra nöjen. Huset har två rum. Ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (160 cm) och ett allrum med kök. Allrummet har en bäddsoffa med plats för två personer (130 cm bred). Städning och sängkläder ingår. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin finns. Vi bor precis bredvid och finns tillgängliga för frågor vid behov.

  • Yoga in nature
    I will ask you about your interests and goals for the class. We will walk approximately for 15 minutes through one of Gothenburg’s beautiful parks to a perfect spots for practicing. The 75 minute class will begin with a mental and physical sequence for focus and settling. Then we will explore asanas (postures) and breath work that work for your session. To finish I will guide you through a meditation to integrate your experience. After your class we will share an organic tea, juice or a smoothie and take in the natural sights and sounds. Expect to move your whole body, to gain deeper understanding of correct alignment or revisit alignment technique if you are more experienced, to expand your breathing capacity, to stimulate your spine and sharpen your mind. I like to use some props and/or integrate what we have in our surroundings in our practice. At the end of the session you will feel at ease and present in your body.

  • Senderismo y Fotos en el bosque - Corto
    Desde el punto de encuentro, cogeremos el transporte público (8 mins) hasta el comienzo de la ruta (Delsjön) . Los parques naturales de Gotemburgo son el hogar de animales salvajes como ciervos, jabalíes, castores y hasta alces. Durante la ruta iré dando datos interesantes sobre naturaleza, pararemos en cualquier momento que necesitéis parar, beber agua, comer algo o echar algunas fotos. Terminaremos la ruta con una pequeña hoguera (si no llueve) y disfrutaremos de unos hotdogs con vistas a un lago. Siempre habrá una oportunidad para aquellos valientes que quieran bañarse en las frías aguas del lago. Usaré mi experiencia para enseñaros a posar en la naturaleza para que se vea natural, como interactuar con los alrededores y la clave para relajaros y disfrutar mientras estáis delante de una cámara. Estaremos echando fotos durante todo el trayecto, hasta que consigamos las fotos deseadas. La distancia total caminada será de 8 kms. En los siguientes 2 días enviaré las 12 fotos seleccionadas por vosotros y ya editadas a vuestra cuenta de email para que las podáis descargarlas y compartirlas con vuestros seguidores, amigos y familiares.   • Restorative Yoga and Energy Healing
    We will start our session with a brief introduction, some information on restorative yoga and vibrational healing and how we’ll work through the session. I will lead you through a sequence of restorative yoga asanas (postures) with the help of props such as bolsters, blocks, blankets to “nest” you in each asana. Along the sequence I will also lead you through guided breath-work and meditation. Finally you’ll spend the last portion of the sequence in a comfortable and cozy savasana (final posture that serves to integrate the previous work). At this time you’ll receive energy healing; first clearing and assessing your personal energetic space, then helping to realign and bring deeper harmony and coherence to your whole being. After which I’ll gently bring your awareness back to your surroundings and we’ll share a cup of tea or juice. I will share whatever I may have noticed during the energy healing and answer any questions you may have. My aim is to help you feel lighter, more relaxed, aware and find a sense of freedom in your breath. Other things to note This is a very personalised experience, with a maximum of two participants, which makes it perfect for those who seek a peaceful grounding moment.

  • Natural Elements Active Meditation
    We will walk less than 1km to the entrance of the nature reserve, where we will introduce ourselves and do a short but sweet warm up sequence. Then we will walk through the nature reserve for about 3.5 hours, connecting with the elements through guided moving meditations including eye yoga, breath work, somatic movement and sensory exercises at different stages of the walk. We will have time to talk about the interconnectedness of life from a vibrational and yogic perspective and observe the language of plants. Towards the last stage of the route we will practice a yoga sequence to integrate the elements of nature. Then we will share a light all natural snack while we sit in a closing circle and share our experiences during the walk. After this we’ll head back to the entrance. Expect to sharpen your senses, explore natural movements of your human body and feel more connected to life force, uplifted and calmly awake by the end of the experience.
