We welcome you on board in Menaggio (or Varenna or other places in the area) in the first afternoon, when " la Breva" the thermic breeze is usually coming from Lecco and Como. We hoist the sails and we start the adventure with Grulla! With only the power of light wind, the sound of water on the hull and a magic landscape surrounding us, we will sail in the most beautiful areas of the lake. You will take pictures of characteristic villages as Varenna or Bellagio, watching historical and luxurious villas and if the weather is warm we could stop for a swim. Depending on weather conditions and your personal will, we can decide together the route and stops. Before going back to Menaggio we will offer you a typical Italian aperitivo on board. I will teach you how prepare some of your favorite dishes from italian cuisine. While cooking I will also talk about nutrition facts (proteins, carbohidrates, sugar.....)and how creating balanced meals. I will tell you what's important for your health, what's better to avoid and how to combine foods. You will be cooking with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created with me. During the lesson you will learn how to do: - fresh hand made pasta ( tagliatelle, bow ties, garganelli, tagliolini, pappardelle, colored pasta and different flours) - ravioli e tortelli - spaghetti alla carbonara menu can be change according to your exigences (veggie, no pork ,...). if you want something different let me know if the group agree we will do! If you want other days or hours, just write me and i will do my best to satisfy you. Dopo aver messo in acqua la barca ed armato le vele, proveremo a sfruttare la forza del vento per dirigere verso alcune delle più belle località turistiche del lago di Como: Bellagio, Varenna, Menaggio. Impareremo i nomi delle vele e delle manovre, le regolazioni della vela randa e del genoa secondo la provenienza del vento e l'andatura della barca; vi illustrerò come tenere il timone e lo scafo sempre veloce con le vele regolate per sfruttare al massimo la pressione dell'aria. Faremo prove di ormeggio al gavitello, ed in banchina. Proveremo il cambio delle vele secondo l'intensità del vento e dell'andatura della barca, in modo tale che a fine giornata l'ospite avrà una panoramica generale di cosa voglia dire sfruttare il vento per muoversi sull'acqua in sicurezza. Sì perchè farò accenno anche a cosa si deve fare e non fare in mare per poter sempre veleggiare in completa sicurezza ed evitare episodi spiacevoli quando le condizioni meteorologiche cambiano anche improvvisamente. Non mancheranno i momenti di relax, e perchè no, un tuffo in acqua se la giornata lo permetterà. A differenza dei corsi di vela veri e propri, non prevedo lezioni specifiche suddivise in più giornate, in quanto non è lo scopo dell'esperienza: che sarà provare la sensazione e capire cosa vuol dire andare a vela sfruttando qualcosa che non si vede ma solo si sente: il vento, il vero motore della barca. Altre cose da tenere a mente E' richiesto agli ospiti di saper nuotare o stare a galla, e di avere confidenzialità con l'acqua. Non esiste il pericolo di soffrire di mal di mare.

Welcome to my hands-on experience. I truly believe that everybody can prepare excellent pizzas at home. Therefore, everyone will have fun kneading, by hand, their pizza dough. The purpose is to learn to make pizza without professional equipment, so we will bake our pizzas in a kitchen oven. I will give you all the tips to bake a pizza, crafted with your own hands, that you will want to share with your family, friends, and everyone around you. You will learn how to knead the dough and handle the fermentation. I will tell you how to choose, prepare, and use the toppings for your pizza. Also, I will show you the baking strategy to obtain a pizza that is crispy outside and very airy inside. After the class, I will mail the step-by-step recipe to you. You will be protagonists of a magic experience! Visit the most enchanting places on Lake Como from a new perspective on board a 38 foot sailboat with private skipper. We will meet at 6 pm at the jetty of picturesque Pescallo bay. after boarding we will sail to "tre Pini", hidden cliff of Bellagio, that looks so wild in the evening and will make you feel like in an island of Thailand. If you like we will stop for a swim and enjoy the lights of sunset light. There is an italian aperitif with local snacks and a nice bottle of Prosecco. We will sail along the coast towards the south in the shadow of Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, the waterfall of Fiumelatte then returned to the shore of Bellagio, you'll observe other fascinating villas and gardens hidden, unless you are on a boat. At the end, back to Pescallo, last sunlights gardens of Villa Serbelloni. We will start the adventure while exploring the most beautiful places in Como. The streets of the city will be the perfect backdrop for our shooting. We will live together the beauty of its historic center of small narrow roads. It will be a relaxed walk while I take some amazing candid photos and pirtraits with the city, the lake and different spots as your background. We will stop on the lakefront to admire the view. Are we going to photograph Italian-style over coffee? Don't be afraid we’ll help in the best poses for the photos. Even if this is your first experience of the photoshoot I will help you to relax and have fun. I'll provide 30 HD edited photos (individual) and 50 (for a couple) by private gallery in 8 days after the session. If you want a private photoshoot, a special date with your love, wedding, group of friends or others, please send me a message before. I will be happy to talk to you and answer all your questions. Leaving busy Lake Como behind, we ride down to the Val Sanagra nature reserve – it is a favourite meeting place with the locals. Step back in time as you pass evocative stone houses and old water mills. Cycle into the mountains, weaving through the historic villages of Velzo and Naggio, surrounded by grape vines and grassy green fields. Explore charming village squares untouched by time. A glorious downhill ride on a medieval road reveals stunning views which guide us onto the shores of Lake Lugano. In summer we can swim from the beach - year round it's the perfect spot for an ice-cream or an aperitivo. Follow the old railway line that once connected Lake Como to Lake Lugano and is now a pretty cycle path to complete our loop back in the Renaissance hamlet of Cardano. This tour perfectly showcases the diverse scenery of Lake Como. Total 28 km Difficulty: This is a mini adventure with uphills, downhills, narrow village roads and non-technical gravel sections. General agility and confidence are required for this active tour. An e-bike is a normal geared bicycle including battery assistance. Ci troveremo davanti alla Chiesa di Argegno, faremo un briefing per la sicurezza, e suddivideremo i partecipanti sulle varie barche. Ospiteremo un massimo di 18 partecipanti, per cui se non trovi posto direttamente contattaci o prova a presentarti 1 ora prima della partenza. Lentamente inizieremo a navigheremo con una o più barche, Verso l' isola Comacina, passando i villaggi di Colonno e Sala Comacina, ci fermeremo nel canale dell' Isola, davanti al Villaggio di Ossuccio. Già dall' inizio offriremo un aperitivo ed una volta giunti all' isola faremo un vero e proprio Boat Party, con musica e open bar. Avremo a disposizione soft drink, acqua, Prosecco, Birra e altro. Ascolteremo musica e balleremo, si potrà nuotare e avere momenti di piacevole convivialità tipica italiana. Prima del rientro passeremo davanti a Villa Balbiano, Villa Cassinella e circumnavigheremo l' Isola Comacina, per poi fare rientro ad Argegno entro le 20.30. Questa esperienza è dedicata a persone che hanno voglia di stare insieme e divertirsi in serenità e buon umore, senza nessun tipo di eccesso.

Accompagneremo i nostri ospiti in un tour di 3 ore a bordo di una grande e comoda barca a vela. Partiremo dal porto di Como e navigheremo costeggiando i piccoli villaggi di Cernobbio, Moltrasio, Torno e Blevio. Scopriremo le numerose ville che, con con i loro rigogliosi e curatissimi giardini, si affacciano sul lago. Navigheremo gustandoci il tempo a disposizione ed i luoghi. Racconteremo storie e curiosità che li riguardano fermandoci per ammirare gli angoli più pittoreschi e per degustare un aperitivo a bordo. Stuzzichini e bevande saranno comunque a disposizione dei nostri ospiti in ogni momento. Nella stagione estiva sarà possibile anche fare il bagno. La barca dispone di una comoda scaletta per immergersi e risalire a bordo, di un wc e di una doccia con acqua calda. Chi sceglierà il tour della mattina o del pomeriggio potrà ammirare i luminosi e vivaci colori dei villaggi e della costa mentre chi parteciperà al tour serale vedrà il lago e la città quando si accendono le luci notturne creando una visione di straordinaria bellezza. Con un po' di vento e, per chi lo desidera, sarà anche l'occasione per sperimentare la navigazione a vela. In ogni caso gli ospiti saranno incoraggiati a timonare ed a partecipare alle manovre. Altre cose da tenere a mente: non è indispensabile saper nuotare e, se si farà il bagno, potremo fornirvi tutti gli ausili per il galleggiamento.

Passeggeremo tra i filari di pinot nero mentre vi svelerò i segreti di questo territorio, che risulta perfetto per la coltivazione della vite. Sotto il pergolato degusteremo i migliori vini che il Lago di Como e le montagne circostanti ci donano, abbinati a prodotti tipici locali. Perfetto per principianti ed esperti, imparerete le varie tecniche di degustazione, i vari abbinamenti cibo e vino e molto altro sul mondo della viticoltura!

We will sail in the most beautiful areas of Lake Como and in particular in the area between Bellagio, Varenna, Fiumelatte, Menaggio and sometimes Tremezzo on a 41-feet sailboat designed by Philippe Starck and Pininfarina. Me and my co-host Mike are both professional skippers who, in addition to be expert sailors, will explain the history of Lake Como and some historic villas . You can relax listening to music (Bose bluetooth system), swim in the most beautiful places and enjoy an aperitif on board.

Ready with a fork, bowl and rolling pin? We will first prepare a special coloured tagliatelle, using vegetables and spices, then many ravioli with different fillings. At the end we will cook and eat together, that's always a good idea! After meeting at the ferry terminal in Varenna we will start our loop hike and reach Viandante trail, the ancient route along the east side of Lake Como that used to connect Milan to the alpine valleys and so Switzerland. We will pass through the high part of Varenna and its ancient hamlets , and cross forests, by mule tracks, paths and narrow streets, with amazing views of Lake Como most of the time! In our activity we'll explore the lake from best place to do it, lake itself. We'll enjoy exclusive views and hidden natural spots not accessible otherwise from Bellagio standard touristic routes and without a kayak. Two-hour kayaking tour on Lake Como from Pescallo di Bellagio beach through Pescallo bay along the Rockefeller cliffs and the Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni. During the adventure, we will properly prepare you prior to departure and ensure maximum safety conditions. Your small group will see the sights from the water and enjoy the fantastic views of the countryside and area from your own kayak. Head out on the lake to start your adventure at 10am with your open deck kayaks. We will provide narration and assistance throughout the tour. Circumnavigate the Bellagio peninsula, which offers an open view of the landscape to the north lake and the Alps. On your left will be Villa Serbelloni and Rockefeller Foundation Park, which is an untouched a preserved green area park. On your right will be Varenna’s coast. Celebrate the best locations on the lake - be surprised as we take unexpected roads to reveal the rural charm and many stories behind the popular lakefront facades. We visit the must-see villages in the Tremezzina area, with their elegant lakefront villas such as Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, Villa Balbiano and Villa Sola Cabiati that line the main road. We also reveal the lesser-known and more rural aspects behind the main lake road - discover the unplanned olive groves, green pastures, hidden churches and old stone wash houses where women would meet and scrub the day’s laundry together. We will weave in and out of the famous ‘Greenway’ path, ride around the piazza in Lenno, through the typical village of Griante and follow the tracks of Mussolini, recounting the stories and intrigues of his final days. Suggestive lake views follow us throughout the journey leaving you with a sense of what it is like to live on Lake Como. This tour is perfect for the more adventurous and confident rider.
