THIS IS NOT A CONVENTIONAL COOKING CLASS: of course you'll learn a lot about pasta but you'll be welcomed into my family like old friends for a traditional Italian meal, cooking all together while sharing our different stories. Ravioli, spaghetti, tagliatelle or other typical kinds of pasta will be on the menu: the masterpiece of Italian cooking history. And, why not, we'll also prepare our "secret" tiramisù with chocolate. Partecipants will be able to deal with all preparations assisted by me, ask questions and take notes ending with a dinner matched with good italian wines. All recipes will come along with the class, so everybody joining will be able to recreate all preparations at home for family and friends.

We’ll take you around Milan to discover the most beautiful streets, local places and many hidden gems of the city. We will visit the city center discovering many secrets and uncommon places just around the Duomo. All the things we'll see are our favorites: small narrow streets, special architecture, private courtyards and a picturesque coffee shop. All these are the places where the real Milanese goes and experience every day, surrounding themselves with beauty and “bella vita”. Cantina Urbana wine tour & tasting. Visit the winery and discover how the wine is made through the production area and see the vinification steel tank, amphora and barriques for the ageing and finally the bottling process. You will understand the winemaking daily activities. Finally guests will be guide into the wine experience with a tasting of 4 different wines paired with a small platter in combination. You will learn how we make wine and get the opportunity to taste it. The experience will be run for about 2 hours.

Partendo da Trenno (zona San Siro), nella periferia Ovest di Milano, ci immergeremo in tre polmoni verdi poco conosciuti. I parchi che andremo a visitare, sono completamente diversi da quello che è l'immaginario collettivo. Ci immergeremo completamente in paesaggi rurali tipici della campagna. Tutto ciò ci sembrerà impossibile e ci aiuterà a capire quanto sia importante staccare dalla vita frenetica e stressante della città. Alla fine del tour faremo una breve sosta per gustare uno spuntino ristoratore con prodotti tipici italiani, e la sera avremo la possibilità di goderci anche il tramonto in una location molto suggestiva. Bene, imparerai insieme a me a "creare" con le tue mani: la pasta all’uovo: - Le dosi, l’impasto, fare lo sfoglio e fare le tagliatelle - la ricetta del pesto alla genovese, buonissimo! Po i imparerai a fare la pizza che fa parte della tradizione italiana: - l’impasto, la lievitazione , stendere la pizza nella teglia, preparare la pizza margherita con mozzarella, pomodoro e origano. E ora arriva il dolce, il tiramisù: - il caffè, la crema di zucchero e uovo con il mascarpone , comporre il tiramisù, buonissimo e unico per il suo sapore.
