Peaceful 2 bedroom home close to town

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. My home is calm and relaxed and is within walking distance to the centre of town in a quiet cul-de-sac, with easy access to the University. The house is good for solo travellers with a queen bed and great shared space. The outside space is relaxed and comfortable. I have two cats that are not allowed near the bedrooms.
