We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic hilltop luxury farm in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. For a day you will get away from the crowds, heat, noise and queues. Our experience starts in Florence Santa Maria Novella Central Station where you will meet and we will help you buy the train tickets to San Miniato. The train ride to San Miniato will take 40 minutes. Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our vineyard and olive grown. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. My family, my dog, Billo ,and I will guide you in truffle hunting in our beautiful woods in Chianti. Truffle hunting is an ancient tradition in Tuscany, and has only one rule—respect nature. For this reason, it will be necessary to conduct a small briefing before going into the woods, a sacred place for truffle hunters. During the hunt, I will tell you about the truffle, the magic of its traditions, its history, mythology, and uses in the kitchen. You will learn how to recognize and distinguish a good truffle from other fake "truffles" of inferior quality. After the hunt, we will return home for a scheduled lunch or dinner, based on fresh, real truffles and served with our own wine and extra virgin olive oil. We will show you how to clean truffles and prepare typical truffle recipes, such as crostini al tartufo, tagliatelle al tartufo, and more.

I will meet you at one of Florence’s colourful markets and will guide you through it, teaching you how to select the best quality ingredients and pick the freshest vegetables, meats, cheeses & fruits. We will have fun sampling Parmigiano, Prosciutto, Extra Virgin Live Oil, Balsamic Vinegar and much more! Then in the kitchen I will demonstrate how to prepare the dishes but you will have the opportunity to be hands on with everything. You will make your own pasta from scratch, your own pizza dough, your own risotto, antipasti, meat dishes or purely vegetarian. The feast will end with learning how to make your own Italian deserts: Tiramisu, Panna Cotta, Torta di Ricotta con Frutti di Bosco o Ciocolato! The entire experience can be at lunch or dinner and it is aways accompanied by wines made in the traditional Tuscan way!

We'll meet in a small pastry café, not so well known in the city, but where you can taste the best croissants in Florence! You will be my guests for a welcome breakfast! Then we reach my small creative workshop (2 minutes walk) where I'll teach you, step by step, how to create a jewel using the technique of cuttlebone casting. This ancient technique, already known by the Egyptians more than 2000 years ago, is one of my favourites and it's easy to learn. The cuttlefish bone is easy to carve to make a mold that will be filled with melted silver. After my instuctions it will be your turn to project and carve the bone into the shape of your own jewel. You will make your personalized pendant or ring, choosing from the proposed models or creating a new one. I will help you individually to achieve the best result, and, in the mold just carved, I will pour the molten silver so you can immediately see your rough jewel which, once polished, will certainly be your best memory of Florence! After the "hard" work will be my pleasure to invite you in a library coffee bar with a beautiful secret garden to chill with a glass of wine, prosecco or a soft drink... …the best way to end a great experience! The jewel you will create still needs some work to be finished. It will be ready to take away in the late afternoon or the following morning. No special knowledge or skills are required.

My guests will enjoy one of the best views of the hillside in Cinque Terre, enjoy local specialties and listen to my Bach played live on the piano. The focus of this year, 2023, will be J. S. Bach's Goldberg Variations and Six Partitas. I will welcome my guests into my property, inside the Cinque Terre National Park, where they will visit a young vineyard, learn about the building techniques of the old dry stone walls that are peculiar to this area and hear some historical background of what makes our area so unique. Afterwards, they will enjoy a full dinner, a selection of wines and my homemade lemon liqueurs while enjoying classical piano music played live. I provide transportation for a maximum of 10 guests per session, from Riomaggiore and back, at my expense. The whole event will take place outdoors, on my terrace above the vines. If the weather does not allow for an enjoyable outdoor setting the event will be cancelled and our guests entirely reimbursed. We first will meet in my shop in Montelupo Fiorentino, opened for 20 years in a historical village known all over the world for its ceramic production. Montelupo is situated precisely in the middle of Pisa and Florence so it is easily reachable by train or by car in about a half-hour from both sides. It is a beautiful village and I hope you will love it as I do! From the shop we will go together to the factory where I will show you the cycle of production of Italian handmade pottery, telling you the history behind and explaining all the techniques. If you want, there is also the possibility to design and purchase something new that will be custom made for you by our artisans! After the factory, it will be your turn! We will go back to the shop where my father will be happy to teach you how to make your pottery piece. Don't worry if you never used a wheel, the course is funny and satisfying for everyone! And as icing on the cake your creation will be fired and shipped to your house, to have a tangible memory of the experience but above all to have a piece of Tuscany at home! Immerse yourself in the tuscan countryside with 3 different experience! We will meet in Florence, an authorized driver will take you to our farm just 35 minutes. What will we do? 1 - Walk among country fields, ancient olive trees and vineyards, enjoy the landscape, the plants, the explanation of our history, occasion to take photos in the suggestive setting.
Maybe you will meet our funny domesticated pig! In September taste the grapes! 2 - Visit cellar and tasting 5 organic tuscan wines: white & red, also aged directly from the barrel and "vin santo" a traditional sweet wine. Our personal driver and tour leader will lead you through this magical path. In the morning you will visit Siena, a charming middle age town, known in Italy and the world for his traditional “palio” (a typical horse race that is held in town). As you walk along the cobbled roads, you will have the chance to see some of the most beautiful parts of the city, among them Piazza del Campo and the magnificent Duomo. After leaving Siena, you will be leaded to Monteriggioni. Inside this beautiful fortress, you will have the chance to taste a great lunch with truffle and enjoy a tasting of Monteriggioni wines. Then you will proceed to San Gimignano, also known as the “Manhattan of the Middle Ages”. It is a prestigious historical site protected by UNESCO Heritage, famous for its astonishing tower-houses. Take a step into Medieval times and see an architecture that surpasses times and overcome expectations.

This is a 2h outdoor historic walking, starts from the Basilica of Santa Croce (Meeting point) and continues towards the Brunelleschi's Dome. I will guide you through understanding how Florence dominated the world in the past centuries and enchanted it with its art and crafts. You will learn about its past through the fascinating biographies of its great citizens: Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dante, and many others, and with a special focus on the Medici Family that dominated the city for three centuries! We will walk through the history and the artistic beauty of Florence, crossing the streets, the squares and the bridges. From the riverside, where all began in the roman ancient times, looking at the famous Ponte Vecchio, we will move to the Signoria. In that glorious square is displayed, in a kind of artistic stage made of stone and bronze, the story of the political prestige of the town. We will see the copy of Michelangelo’s David, and the original bronze Perseus, by the smart sculptor Cellini. Facing north, we will visit the religious centre. There admiring the Baptistery (with the golden gate of paradise) the Cathedral and the Bell tower, our eyes will be covered by the magnificence of a precious marble coloured mountain... Brunelleschi’s dome, a renaissance architecture masterpiece, will raise our imagination up to the sky.
