10 min walk to city centre, 5 minutes to skiing/hiking tracks and recreational area perfect for wathcing the aurora borealis. 5 minutes walk to supermarket, 3 minutes to bus stop with connections to city centre, university, airport etc.
The house is an old villa from 1901 and is currently under some renovations, however this will not affect the studio.

If you’ve come to Tromsø to see the Northern lights, you might as well see it outside my apartment.
