5minutes walk to the beach. You’ll love it as the beach is not crowded with people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurer, and families (with kids). Do note that when booking at my place, the distance will be 24km (30 minutes) drive from KK Airport and 31km (40minutes) drive from Kota Kinabalu City Town. There are no big shopping mall here however this is the place that no tall building, greeny surrounding view and experience local people life here.
