My place is a sunny, charming bijou apartment in an 1880's villa just 10 min walk to the historical cathedral with cafés, alfresco dining & famous Nelson Saturday market close by. I'm also near the Maitai river with cycle-paths, walks, swimming & picnics.
I have a little private outdoor garden area with table & chairs, BBQ Grill, fresh herbs, grapes & feijoas.

A modern one bedroom home. Very spacious, private and spotlessly clean. Owner lives 1.4 km away and is happy to assist guests however he can. The property is opposite Miyazu Garden, close to town, has lovely park and sea views and is right on the Nelson bike/walking trail.
