This is a freshly remodeled, cozy basement room with full size bed and its own adjoining living room with futon, complete with 50" Smart TV and electric fireplace. Guests will essentially have the basement all to themselves, and will have their their own computer desk. The bathroom is located on the main level, and may be shared by another Airbnb guest, but hosts have their own bathroom. Ask us about renting our vehicle!

Private guest suite with own entrance. Two night maximum stay, must inquire if need more time. Pet friendly with $18 pet fee. Fenced back yard for pup! Private patio out back with great views of waterfall, deer, birds, ect. Perfect for a couple passing through, student on residence or rotations. No kitchen sink, must use sink in bathroom if need to clean anything or I'm happy to help with use in the main house if needed.
