Es ist ein 3-Familien-Haus, indem wir mit unseren zwei Hunden und einem Kater wohnen. Unsere Haustiere sind freundlich zu allen Menschen. Die Lage ist ruhig und es sind ca. 3km bis zur Stadtmitte. Ganz in der Nähe (450m) ist ein Einkaufszentrum (Netto, Hausarzt, Apotheke, Post, Bäcker und Friseur ...) Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke und es fährt regelmäßig ein Bus (27) ins Zentrum.

Unmittelbar am Westerwaldsteig und dem Rheinsteig gelegen. Schnelle Anbindung mit Bus und Auto nach Koblenz, Vallendar und Neuwied. Ideal für Wanderer oder Besucher, die Ruhe suchen. Eigenes Bad vorhanden. Microwelle und Wasserkocher im Apartment.
In the central city on old cottage Hello! We offer a 15 sqm room for rent. The house was built in 1950 and our apartment is a small museum with old furniture and lots of old books. The room is equipped with a large double bed and is very comfortably furnished. There is a wireless Internet connection. Bed linen and towels are available by us. All landmarks such as the Rhine promenade, the Castle and the newly built cable car to the fortress is on foot. The Koblenz city with shopping, restaurants, bars and cafes is also easily reached on foot within 10 minutes. So if you want to spend a few days in a nice neighborhood here in Koblenz is certainly in good hands. We look forward to many nice guests from around the world.
