Private two bedroom oasis in Richboro.Covid-19 Issues- During this crisis we are not allowing 1 night stays (min 2 nights). We have never charged a cleaning fee, but to clean effectively using CDC guidelines it is taking 4 to 6 hours to clean and we are required to block 24 hours prior to and after a quest stay. To help offset this extra expense and loss of income we are charging a nominal cleaning fee of $50 per stay.
Private Room /private entrance and big bathroom.The house is located in a great and safe neighborhood, you get a private entrance along with a personal full bathroom with a bathtub. Within the room, there is a microwave , a refrigerator, a coffee maker, TV with cable, and WIFI. It is very private, perfect for any situation! Please reach out to me with any questions.
Sauna HouseА separate building has three rooms. 1 - bedroom. 2 - sauna+toilet. The walls and floor are decorated with natural wood. 3 room - shower + jacuzzi. The walls and floor are decorated with tiles. The ceiling is equipped with spotlights. During the summer you are welcome to our outsite pool! Nearby are Bucks County Community College, Bryn Athyn, Taylor Park, Valley Forge Park, Grounds For Sculpture, Washington Crossing State Park. Cities: Philadelphia, Prinston, Doylestown, New Hope.
