It is an old quirky three bedroomed house & a Granny annex (where my mum lives). We are close to the Speyside Way, the Moray Coast Trail, the Dolphin Centre, the River Spey, the Garmouth & Kingston Golf Club and the Kingston beach. Fochabers is 10 mins away by car, Elgin 15 mins away by car and Inverness is about an hour away by car. Please be aware that Public transport is very limited to Garmouth.
