The apartment is fully stocked with all bed linens and pillows, for all of the sleeping surfaces. There are extra pillows, blankets and sheets in the baskets in each room, if needed. I keep all of my cleaning products in closet in the living room, and guests are welcome to use these if they need/want to.
I value our guest's privacy, but will be available if needed.
The apartment is in the heart of Downtown Black Mountain on Cherry Street, and just three blocks to Lake Tomahawk. This quaint historical town boasts easy access to hiking, mountain biking, golfing, shopping, breweries and sightseeing.
Restaurants and shops within walking distance. Uber is available. Asheville City bus line also available.
This space is located above the owner's shop, so if anything is needed by our guests, we are available.

This hand crafted cedar shake home is a most unique stay in Black Mountain. The location is unbeatable. Wake up and walk to grab a coffee, breakfast or just see all of the towns charm. Our favorite aspect is the neighboring South African restaurant (The Bush Farmhouse). They have a mini farm, so don’t be surprised to see donkeys, pigs, and chickens checking out the backyard. There is also the claw foot soaking tub. It’s a peaceful place with lively experiences at your fingertips.
