It is linked to the main house but is separate. There is central heating and a roomy shower in the bathroom. The kitchen corner is well equipped with a gas hob, a fridge, microwave and a small electric oven. Toaster, coffee maker and kettle of course. There are steps up to both front and back doors.

Walking, Birdwatching and visiting places of historical interest. Ferries to the Orkney Islands close by. Bus stop approx 400 yards.
