Only 7 minutes walk to the train station and a 15 minute journey to Edinburgh, 40 minutes by bus and 15 minutes by car to the airport.

We would be delighted to welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families, and big groups. No pets please.

Harperrig Reservoir is at your door where you can swim and paddle. Endless walks in the Pentlands. Surrounded by farmland. Sit in the hot tub of an evening and watch the colours change in the hills as the sun sets. And wake in the morning to Nespresso coffee.
