Sitting in the heart of Torrey Utah, just 6 minutes from Capital Reef National park you will enjoy the amenities of urban living with multiple coffee shops, restaurants, hiking and biking trails right out the front door you will find this to be the perfect place to stay while exploring the mountains and beautiful desert nearby. See for yourself and come stay in our spacious ground level dwelling with full kitchen, bath and laundry room. This property has 4 additional apartments in it. There are shared walls. This apartment has a wonderful open floor plan for the modern kitchen and great room. Relax and watch Netflix in the living room while chatting with your partner in the fully equipped kitchen. This studio has a full kitchen with dishwasher, electric range and full size refrigerator. Kitchen island sits two but there is a folding table that will roll out and seat four if needed. The studio is fully stocked and supplied with everything you should need while away from home. There is coffee from our local coffee roasters, coffee-mate and sugar for the morning, tea kettle, full pots and pans and anything else you may need to whip up a quick dish. We supply dishwashing detergent, soaps etc for all kitchen needs. The bathroom is fully sticked with anything you may need during your travels: organic soap, shampoo and conditioner. We use recycled or bamboo paper products and vegan, organic cleaning products wherever possible. The bathroom is separated from the rest of the living space by a barn door. It's not insulated for sounds at all. Its best if everyone is very comfortable with each other if you choose to stay here. The laundry room has tide pods and stain remover for several loads of laundry. You will find yourself well cared for in this clean and comfortable in this modern dwelling. There is a large backyard with a BBQ and plenty of places to relax and hang out in the shade of the apple trees. Our neighbors have adorable baby goats to watch and we have free range chickens plucking around the yard. We offer bocce ball, corn hole, badminton and other fun lawn games that you can find in the community game room, equipped with a pool table and darts. Other things to note THERE IS NO GROCERY STORE IN TORREY. The nearest shopping is in Loa, Utah- 17 miles away. Come prepared with groceries or contact Danielle and arrange to have groceries delivered in advance for a nominal fee. Weather Torrey is located at 6,800 ft in elevation, so we don’t get the intense heat that other desert town experience. Summer time temperatures range from the mid 80's to low 90's , mostly in the 80's, during the day and mid 50's to mid 60's at night. Winter temps are mostly in mid 30’s to lower 50’s with a few days in the 20’s. Snow doesn't stay long in Torrey but there is plenty of it on Boulder Mountain. Torrey is a small town with population 350. It is spread out over a few miles on highway 24. The house is located just 6 minutes from Capitol Reef National Park. Plan to drive to most locations although it's a fun bike ride on a summer evening to dinner.

Great place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Smoke and pet free, we use natural soaps and cleaners for your health. 1 block to town park.
