The 253 sq ft guest house has a desk/chair, TV, queen sofa bed w/ 2 ottomans, twin bed, bathroom, kitchenette & closet. At the end of the driveway, parking is directly outside the door of The Marion - to the right side of the red bud tree. The Marion will be directly to your left. Additional outside areas include the round paver patio & the oak tree covered front yard is a shared space with The Grand Marion.

Our light & bright cottage is surrounded by bamboo, fruit & evergreen trees & garden. The space has a king bed, private bath, small kitchen equipped with essentials, wifi, cable TV. Cozy & private!

This is my primary home. I have resided here for 30+ years. You will have this entire residence to yourselves. It is peaceful, clean and cozy. It is a simple spacious one story home with three large bedrooms, one full bathroom, and two large living spaces. There is a large backyard with an outdoor patio.
