A beautifully finished and luxurious self contained 2-bed annex with fully fitted kitchen, private garden and ample off street parking in a quiet rural location.

The Byre is our self contained guest accommodation and comprises 2 en suite bedrooms (one with a red slipper bath, the other with a walk in shower) divided by an open plan kitchen/living room. The main living area has a vaulted ceiling and is light and airy and the whole property is heated by way of underfloor heating - lovely and toasty toes in the winter!
The Byre looks out onto its own private courtyard garden and the whole property is located within an agricultural setting with the nearest neighbours over quarter of a mile to the south and half a mile to the north.

This is a very quiet rural location with no street lighting or neighbours to disturb you.
The nearest village is 0.75 away and the local pub (a really good local serving excellent food, very friendly) just over 1 mile - so easily walkable on a nice day although remember a torch for the journey back in the winter!
We have great dark skies on the whole so seeing shooting stars is always a possibility.
We're located within easy driving reach of Cirencester, Fairford, Lechlade, Burford (including a great wildlife park), the Water Park and not far from Cheltenham (for the races!) or Badminton (for the horse trials).

Richard has lived in this converted barn in the Cotswolds for over 15 years and now enjoy being able to share the wonderful location with Airbnb guests staying in the nearby Byre.

Richard (for his sins) still works in the insurance software industry. He shares his home (but not the The Byre!) with a Great Dane (Hector), a young Portuguese Cattle Dog (Hermione) and an African Grey parrot (Pagan).

Richard is a keen birdwatcher so most of his foreign holidays are based on seeing new places with interesting birds.
