Captain Bill’s Lake House. This majestic A-frame is at the entrance to the Cataract Lake boat ramp. This house will accommodate up to 7 guests, with three bedrooms and two full baths. All guests have full access to Captain Bill’s shared pool and surrounding gardens. Boat parking is provided on the property.

Completely renovated with all the comforts you will expect from a 5 star super host. The main floor of the A-frame is an open layout. The kitchen connects and overlooks the great room that has comfortable couches and chairs for the entire family to be together. Also on the main level is the largest of the bedrooms and a full bath with walk in shower. The upstairs offers two sleeping rooms. One room has a twin size bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms upstairs have large windows and great views. Also, upstairs between the bedrooms is a small but compleat full bath for convenience.

In 1987 I had the good fortune of playing in the Pan American Games held in Indianapolis. It was that tournament that qualified my team to compete In the 1988 Olympic Games in the sport of Team Handball. I wrote in my diary the day before leaving Indianapolis that I felt as if I would live in this city some day. So here I am, since 1989. Love it!!! The Park Ave. property is my first for the AirBnB market. If it’s all about location as they say in the business, this spot is truly in the hottest spot in the city.
