This unit is on the second floor. This beautiful apartment complex has many amenities that are listed in the details section. The apartments are only two blocks from two supermarkets.

Electricity not included but each unit has a meter and it is read every day so at any time you can see your electric usage.

We have a professional driver who will pick you up at the airport and take you to your home or apartment at the same or a lower price that booking yourself on the internet.
Each unit has its own meter and each meter is read every day. If you want to know how much energy you have used you can just check the front desk about mid-morning.

My wife and I came to Granada on holiday from Austin, Texas over 18 years ago and fell in love with the city. Since then we have come and gone many times and have built 3 houses and a 10 unit apartment complex. My wife is an artist and loves going to art classes here. One of the biggest draws of Granada, the oldest colonial city in the Americas, is the low cost of living. A taxi is about a dollar anywhere in town, coldest beer you have ever had for less than a dollar. A full meal at the best place in town for less than $15 per person if you order the most expensive thing on the menu. I love to talk about my city so drop me a line and I'll get back with you as soon as possible and even if you don't stay in one of our houses or apartments I will still do anything I can to make your visit to beautiful Granada enjoyable.

The owners are there almost every day they are in the country to answer questions and help with local information. They live 1/2 block away and can be there in a matter of a few minutes. The manager is on duty 7AM - 4PM Monday thru Friday and 7AM until noon on Saturday.
