Cosy box room for one person. Fold out single sofa bed with comfortable mattress topper and TV. If you plan to sit in during the day you can use as a comfortable chair, for evenings this folds out into a single. We have WIFI connector sockets in each room and Netflix and Amazon on our TV for all guests plus one parking space on driveway. The neighbour hood is a small town with local markets, shops, banks and everything you should need for your stay. It's a 5 min walk from the house.
