INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

I live in the same community though I work from home. I do my best to be very attentive to my guests through messaging by call/chat/text. If I need to show up for any concern, I will absolutely try. During check in and out, I make effort to personally welcome and thank you for your stay. If my schedule gets too hectic, my mom will always be happy to meet you instead! :)

ADDITIONAL HOUSE TERMS

1) If you ''need'' to accept visitors please let us know in advance. I hope you understand that we are very particular with this because of security. :) Do let us know so we can forward endorsement to security to notify them that there will be more visitor coming. This ensures none of your guests get held or stopped. If a guest needs to spend overnight, it shouldn't be a worry because it is only a small additional charge and we make sure to put value to what you pay for by providing water, bath and face towels, & linens for your extra guest.

2) Please care and treat our home as yours. We put effort to be consistent at offering a clean and well maintained place for our guests and we hope to keep it that way always.

3) COOKING. A new addition to our provision is an airfryer. ❤️ If you haven’t experienced using one, do not worry, my mom will teach you. Personally, it is one of the most amazing kitchen appliance ever! We have 2 at home. 😄 We have provided one since we do not encourage any deep frying or elaborate frying activities not only because it is not healthy, it is also additional cost for you to buy cooking oil, while it is difficult for both you and us to clean all the film of oil that settles in the walls and surfaces of the kitchen. ☺️

4) As your Power and Water consumption is on us. Please be mindful of the usage of these stuff:

**a ) Turn off the AC whenever needed, you can use the fan if you feel the temperature can compensate momentarily over using the AC for so long. For as much as you are concerned with your own power consumption in your own property so are we. :)

5) Do not overcharge your device to avoid possible shock or anything related to the negative.

We plead that you take good care of all items inside the unit.
