Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting.

This is the only camera on the property, there are NO cameras anywhere within the interior of the cabin. This camera is used to protect the property from potential vandalism, theft, or break-ins.

The cabin is located on the river. Although there are some neighbors, they are not so close to the property that you loose your privacy. The back yard leading to the river and the back deck are very large to entertain friends and family.
