Casa Jaguar is located in San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala.
It is a shared house with private rooms.
It is a quite and calm place where you can find your inner peace.
Eco friendly, built to enjoy great views of the lake and mountains.
House offers a safe environment and space to practice Yoga,silks and meditation in a yoga/ temple space.
The room has a private bathroom,next to a deck with tables/chairs and hammocks for relaxing.
There is also a shared kitchen and laundry by donation available.

We built Casa Jaguar and a permaculture project close by.
We are now building a volunteer house.

We are at the top of the Mayan village of San Marcos La Laguna,there are local shops/tienda's selling fruit and vegetable's ect. Near by is Shangri La coffee where you can get fresh bread , fresh coffee and jams/tehina.It is easy to reach Yoga Forest and other attractions and venues from us.We have the advantage of being accessible from the road with street lighting.
Honoured to live and share this Mayan Village,
with its rich Culture and Lineage.
Casa Jaguar was built in 2012 and was built with love by myself and a team of local builders from San Marcos.
Now after 9 years we are still working together full time all year round.
We have a living permaculture project in completion 200M up the mountain path.
There will be opportunities to be involved in a permanent permaculture community in the near future.

I am a nature lover,outdoor enthusiast ,lifetime vegetarian,permaculture practitioner.
Yoga and meditation and working on the land and swimming in Lake Atitlan paddle boarding and hiking with my two dogs.
Eco building and permaculture is what im focused on ,many projects in motion..!
I built and designed my home in San Marcos La Laguna to be a safe,inspiring, peaceful and healing environment.
Have a team of three local guys who have worked full time with me for four years,we work as a team on permaculture food forests and eco projects permanently.
Working with the land never stops!,the pleasure from growing and eating organic food is the best!..
Grateful to enjoy my life here,also live part of year in UK and Bulgaria.
