The left side of our driveway needs to be kept clear for homeowner garage access, so your parking spot will be on the RIGHT side of the driveway. The gravel area to the right of the driveway can also be parked on if you are bringing a 2nd car. Street parking in front of the house is also legal between May 1 and Nov 1.
LAUNDRY: Please note that there is no laundry on-site. There is a launderette very close by at 8762 N Lake Blvd.
We primarily ask that you be respectful of our home and neighbors. Leave our home in the same condition it was when you arrived to avoid extra cleaning fees.
This property is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
NO PETS / NO SMOKING: In order to maintain a clean and non-allergenic environment for all our guests, NO PETS (or animals of any kind) and NO SMOKING are permitted anywhere on the premises. If you violate this house rule, there will be an additional $300 cleaning fee assessed for each.
