I am a college baseball coach at Augustana University. I have lived in Sioux Falls for 11 years. I started using Airbnb while traveling and enjoyed the process. "The Doll House" had been a monthly rental in the past that my wife Paula and I decided to share with more people as a nightly option.

Our other two listings in Sioux Falls are closer to downtown and the Denny Sanford Premier Center. The "Terrace Park Country Club" is a very unique place. There are two separate units and it took some work to get ready for hosting. My brother Patrick and I put many hours into making Unit #2 a unique space. It will be sure to remind you of grandma's house. We hope you appreciate the rustic and retro feel and will remember it and want to come back and visit again.

Also located in the same house we have Terrace Park #3 which is the upper unit in the tri-plex. This is a more basic, yet nice, clean and large space without the theme of #2. There is a common entrance in the front of the house for #2 & #3 but each have their own entrances to the living space.

Then finally the last two listings are located in Bloomington, MN. Patrick and I purchased a house there and did some work to ready it for rental. We have focused on longer term rental (1 month+) in this location. It is located right off 494, close to The Mall of America and the MSP airport. There is a larger, 2 bedroom unit on the main floor and a 2nd unit with a separate entrance and 1 bedroom in the basement. Patrick lives in the Twin Cities and takes care of the hosting duties for these two units in Bloomington.
