This spacious, clean, and self-contained accommodation comfortably fits 1-4 guests, with the option to add an extra bed for additional sleeping arrangements. Each bedroom is equipped with twin beds that can easily be converted into a king-size bed upon request, and both are cooled by air-conditioning units to ensure a restful night.

Start your day with breakfast on the patio, basking in the warm sunshine or enjoying a cool drink in the late afternoon as the sun sets. The apartment also features its own laundry room, complete with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for your convenience.

For those who love to cook, our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and kettle. To make your stay even more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter pack with coffee, tea, milk, and basic toiletries.

Located just a short walk from the main South Coast road, Maxwell Park Apartments places you within easy reach of everything you could desire for a memorable holiday. Whether you’re hopping on the nearby bus to explore Bridgetown, enjoying local restaurants and nightlife, or visiting the famous Oistins Fish Fry, it’s all at your fingertips. There is one main entrance gate to the property, and the courtyard is shared with other guests staying in the complex. The shared space includes a table, benches, and lounge chairs. Each apartment has its own private patio with dedicated furniture. Additionally, garden chairs are available for relaxing, sunbathing, or enjoying a quiet read in the shade of trees and palms.

Please note that the bedrooms are air-conditioned, so we kindly ask guests to be mindful of energy consumption by turning off the units when leaving the apartment. Ceiling fans are available in other areas for your comfort.

To ensure the apartment is properly prepared, please be honest and specify the accurate number of guests when booking. The setup of bedrooms, beds, and amenities will be based on this. For solo guests, only one bedroom will be available.
If more guests are added after booking, please submit a modification request on the booking platform before check-in to adjust the guest count. Note that an extra fee applies for each guest beyond the first, and the unneeded bedroom will remain locked.
Each bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, positioned together to form a king-size bed. Prior to your arrival, we will reach out to confirm your preferred bed arrangement.

For stays of one week or longer, additional sheets and towels will be provided in the draw. Should you require extra linen at any time, please feel free to notify us, and we will be happy to accommodate your request.

Only registered guests are allowed in the complex. If you are expecting family members ,friends or relatives to visit, please let me know in advance.

Loud music and parties are not permitted, and we ask that you be considerate of other guests when smoking outside to avoid inconveniencing those in the courtyard.

To help maintain cleanliness and hygiene during your stay, please take the garbage out to the bins on the curbside regularly. Since the sanitation service does not visit the area on a fixed schedule, allowing garbage, especially kitchen waste, to accumulate inside the apartment can lead to unpleasant odors, as well as attract flies and cause maggots, especially in the humid weather.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean!

A selection of cleaning supplies—including garbage bags, laundry detergent, and various household cleaning products—is available for your use. These items are stored atop the cupboard located beneath the staircase and are accessible to all guests within the complex.

Additionally, you may find sun protection and after-sun care products in the same location. These items have been left behind by previous guests and are available for communal use. Please feel free to utilize them as needed.

We provide basic toiletries and a starter package upon arrival, but you will need to purchase additional items as needed. Extra linens are available upon request.

The Wi-Fi password will be provided on arrival.

Normal check-in time is after 3 PM, but we will make every effort to accommodate early or late check-ins if arranged in advance. Check-out is before midday. If you need a late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to meet your request.

We also offer two small portable barbecue grills that can be used on the patio or in the garden. Coals, charcoal fuel, and utensils are provided.

As your host, my top priority is making your stay as comfortable as possible. If you find that you need any extra kitchen accessories—pots, pans, utensils, or appliances—or if any piece of equipment or furniture needs replacing, just let me know and I’ll gladly take care of it.

Please also note that all windows are fitted with built-in insect screens to keep the interior free of bugs while allowing fresh air in. Additionally, I provide easy-to-install magnetic hanging insect screens for the front door, which I can temporarily hang upon request. Most guests prefer the open flow from the living room out to the patio, so we only install the door nets when asked. If you’d like me to have them in place before your arrival, simply let me know ahead of check-in and I’ll ensure they’re ready for you.
