Recently renovated guest suite with fresh, bright, modern decor, own bathroom, separate entrance, parking and lovely hosts. There is a queen bed and a sofa-bed (size of a 'double' bed). Coffee and tea making is available, as well as a small fridge/microwave (not a full kitchen). We also have high-speed WiFi with Netflix/Disney+/Prime video. We're in a nice, quiet, safe neighbourhood on a back section with parking available. Section isn't fenced so if you bring a dog just be aware of that :)

The bedsit flat is situated downstairs as part of our 2 storied house. We live upstairs with our dog (a Collie cross called Nessie). It is entirely separate to our part of the house. Do expect some noise from us upstairs, but we try to keep it to a minimum. You have use of your own kitchen with a washing machine, and bathroom. We have a big garden and can offer a parking space for you behind the automated gate. Our place is very close to the beach, we are one road back from the dunes.

Absolute beach front location on the dunes of stunning Mount Maunganui beach. No additional cleaning charges. This one bedroom spacious guest suite is ideal for a couple wanting a beach break at the Mount. Recently, renovated with a relaxing neutral beach vibe. The guest suite is located at street level without beach views , however, a short walk up the steps from your separate patio entrance takes you to the incredibly beautiful Mount beach.
