Wander outdoors, swim, follow a creek, slip into the forest, hike back, cook dinner in a state of the art kitchen w/ a pantry full of fun gadgets. Relax by the fireplace, sit outside & watch the stars, light a fire. We provide blankets & wood. A welcome basket & a fully stocked coffee bar for the early mornings are waiting for you.

The Waterfall Casita: A-frame with 30ft Waterfall

Nestled among Hemlock trees & steps from a 30 ft waterfall is our cozy A-frame cabin. Sitting on 33 private acres connected to state land, enjoy waterfall views while sipping coffee in front of the fireplace. The casita was intentionally designed to feel like a home away from home. In summer, cool off in the waterfalls & private streams, in autumn take in the stunning foliage & in winter ski/snowboard at Belleayre (25 mins away). Alder Lake & the Pepacton Reservoir fishing are a 10 min drive.

Grand View Cottage

Large deck with great view overlooking Silver Lake. Grill available. Dock with one Row Boat and two Kayaks available for your use. One mile walking trail around the lake. Plenty of fishing. If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

Cooperstown Lyrical Gardens

Feel at home in your own private space, attached to a large farmhouse nestled on 100 acres. Enjoy using the property for lounging, hiking, campfires or reflection. A continental breakfast of homemade bread and local free range fresh eggs, and produce and fresh herbs from our garden when in season will await you. Coffee and tea is provided each morning. Feel free to partake your coffee and breakfast outside on the swing overlooking pond.
