Very close to historic downtown full of restaurants & bars & 20 minutes from our 3 major ski resorts. Includes a private room with a queen bed, comfortable living room with Smart TV, WiFi, & Super Nintendo. Private bath with jetted tub as well as a fully stocked kitchen & laundry. Includes a completely separate office with a desk & comfortable chair.

The space is a beautifully remodeled and modernized 2,200+ square foot basement apartment with noise reduction materials throughout. **This is the basement of the house. I live upstairs and will most likely be home. You have the hot tub to yourself and welcome to the grill and firepit (weather/conditions permitting).

Our charming home was originally built in 1936 (by a wonderful couple I was blessed to know) but has since undergone many additions and remodels. We are in love with it and the gorgeous mountains surrounding us. With hiking/mountain biking trailheads < 1 mile away, reservoirs, rivers, and ski resorts close by, there's plenty to get out and do, or just enjoy our farmhouse retreat on over an acre of grass, fruit trees, and gardens.
