We have called our place " Safe Haven" because we believe it is just that! A quiet place to relax, read, watch movies and look at our spectacular lake view with various wildlife such as Herron, jumping fish, turtles, Canada Geese and more. We also have a paved walking path across the street that leads you to a local Coffee Shop called Circa Antiques Marketplace. Please note that no smoking, vaping or burning of candles is allowed on the premises; inside or out. No children under 10 please.

Stylish studio apartment in new construction in the heart of Midtown Columbus. Quiet neighborhood 15 min from Ft. Moore and 8 min from Uptown Columbus. This is a private apartment downstairs from a family home. NOT 420 friendly. Quiet hours 10pm to 6am strictly enforced. Normal family sounds above - not a good fit if you plan to sleep all day.

Top-Floor Studio | Treetop View Luxe Bath

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.
