Come farmstay at a homestead at our unique, bespoke, completely private little house, that is totally off-grid and almost fully self sufficient. The homestead farm is tucked away in an indigenous forest and the secluded, comfortable, eco-cottage overlooks the Gonubie River valley a stone's throw from East London, with easy access to East London Airport (King Phalo Airport). You are welcome to take a tour of the farm and systems, harvest your own organic vegetables, or just relax on the deck.

The Beach Cottage

The Beach Cottage is a self-catering cottage on a working dairy farm within walking distance to the beach. It is only 10km from the EL airport and a 20 minute drive into EL. The cottage has beautiful views of the sea as well as of cows grazing on green pastures. It has a fully functional kitchen. Tea, coffee, fresh farm milk & rusks are provided on arrival. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Please note, own transport advisable as we are on a farm.

Our large apartment is conveniently situated near the schools , restaurants, shopping malls and we are 3km from Nahoon Beach . Our apartment is never affected by loadshedding . Our open plan guest cottage offers a queen sized bed with high quality cotton linen, uncapped wifi, a HD smart tv, full DSTV & battery backup for load shedding. A well equipped kitchenette with stove and oven makes self catering easy. For those who enjoy walking and running, we are a short 2km away from Nahoon river and beach. Spar and a selection of great restaurants and coffee shops are also a short walk away.

This brand new luxury guest studio is ready to spoil you. It has a fully equipped kitchenette to allow for self catering, including a private braai area. A Lovely bathroom with great hot water. Our self catering studio, with backup power and aircon, is connected to the main house. It offers a neat and cozy open plan studio style unit with private entrance and private deck. There is remote access and off street parking for 1 vehicle. Double cab bakkies with a tow hitch don’t fit when there’s 2 cars parked in - where on street parking is generally safe in our quiet neighbourhood. Nahoon Beach and river is 1.5km, Spar and restaurants 500m away.

The accommodation unit consists of a lounge area and en-suite bedroom with a separate entrance to that of the main house. A small kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave is included. (there is no kitchen) Max. 2 people. The house is situated in the quiet Sunrise-on-Sea suburb within walking distance of the sea. It is approx 20 minutes drive from the East London CBD and 35 minutes drive from the airport.
