Built into the mountain and rock contours, it is built of local slate and local carved timber scavenged from broken down village houses. Of limestone It is cool in summer, warm in winter and does'nt necessitate airconditioning for most of the year. It is designed to give as much space in limited mountain scape to the visitor, in a redefinition of luxury.
