SUP, Kayak, kite, snorkel here, some areas do not have good beach access, or are a zoo. Safe if you break down wind blows you to the end of the bay 1 mile. Great cooking facilities, walk to grocery store, events, central. A weekly farmers market next door during peak season as well as a coffee shop, 100 meters away. Best wifi with 4 fiberoptic accounts for back-up.
