Είναι ένας νεόδμητος χώρος σε οικογενειακή κατοικία, σε μία ήσυχη γειτονιά και μπορεί να προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας στους επισκέπτες της. Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται στη λίμνη των Ιωαννίνων, επί της Λεωφόρου Παπανδρέου και είναι διακοσμημένο με τα πιο καλόγουστα έπιπλα. Το υπνοδωμάτιο είναι ένας χώρος που προσφέρει την απόλυτη χαλάρωση. Στο καθιστικό υπάρχει ο καναπές η τηλεόραση και η κουζίνα . Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον τρίτο όροφο και δεν διατίθεται ανελκυστήρας. Τα κατοικίδια δεν επιτρέπονται.
