We are renting out a 2 Bedroom Appartment (lower level) in our house/duplex. It has a separate entry and is located in a tree rich area. A natural area begins right behind the house. The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Please make sure to enter the right amount of guests ;-)

Clarklake has many things to do year round. In the warmer months enjoy boating, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming at the 2 public parks and boats launches. The house is located on the 7 & 1/2 mile Spirit Trail. Enjoy this scenic trail for biking, running and walking. In the winter months you can ice fish and ice skate from either public park. 2 person kayak & paddle board which have to be transported to the launches for use and 2 bikes included with this rental.
