This is the 1st floor walkout of our home. It has its own entry and there is no shared space with us. We occupy the upper part of the house. This is the most beautiful location in the area. We have an outstanding view of the ten mile range and Lake Dillon. It is breathtaking. Our decor is modern with mountain luxury in mind. We have 2 bedrooms with 3 extremely comfortable king beds. Beautiful ski in, ski out top floor studio only 50 yards from the lifts at Keystone’s Mountain House base area! A new queen sized memory foam Murphy bed and sleeper sofa will sleep up to two adults and two children, with a fully stocked kitchenette for home cooking.
