this is a 3 bed/2 bath house on 2 acres surrounded by farmland! This property is located 5 mins from Boling, Tx and 10 mins from Wharton, Tx. There’s pond out back to cool off, with a liner and sand covering the liner so no sticky feet getting in and out. back yard is setup for BBQing with a couple different option to cook on. their is also a swinging firepit for the cold days. This is a pet friendly home just please let me know you’re bringing a pet and how many. There is a pet fee.. Thanks!

This is a cozy bedroom with a very comfy king bed located in the banquet hall next to our home. The bedroom opens up to large sitting area which seats 10 comfortably. There are two full bathrooms, a full size fridge and freezer, coffee pot, and microwave. It's completely private with its own carport. Breakfast is not included with discounted weekly or monthly stays. Breakfast reservations must be made seven days in advance; no breakfast with short-notice bookings as the chef needs to prep!
