Nestled between the Berkshire and Catskill Mountains, and the nearby Hudson River, the area has a long history of farming going back centuries. Our quiche & savory pastries are hand-made in small batches using seasonal produce with a focus on cheeses, milk, cream and eggs from nearby producers. The pastry crust are prepared with Bob's Red Mill flours, premium butter and sometimes enriched with olive oil, herbs & cheeses. Our savories can be served warm or at room temperature and are fantastic as a light meal alongside a green salad..."

Fabulous breakfast and lunch choices and great coffee! Nice sidewalk dining as well as indoor seating. A great place to start your discovery of the charms of Chatham.
