Hattie’s is a Saratoga staple that has been around since 1938. It’s known for it’s fried chicken, and at breakfast time the fried chicken and waffles (or substitute a pancake!). If you’re at the horse track, there is a Hattie’s chicken shack where you can get a taste of this place as well!

Great, cool place that is legendary in Saratoga Springs for fried chicken, but everything is always amazing. Very cool vibe!
