Famous for Patrick Henry’s “Give me liberty or give me death” speech - which was the spark that ignited the USA! Great tours and re-enactments. The small cemetery is a great place for a small stroll.

Stirring interior and new, very gifted, insightful, and inspiring rector. Worth the effort to experience a service at St. John's and feel times zones merge in this riveting historical edifice.

This is where Patrick Henry gave his "Give me Liberty" speech , reenactments of event (check schedule). Church has graveyard on site, with many famous graves.
