This architecturally inspired building is near new and is located right in the heart of the Southbank Casino district a moments walk to the CBD, South Wharf, South Bank, Crown Casino. It is the premier location for any visit to Melbourne: the nearby trams along Spencer and Clarendon St will drop you in the city within a few minutes and also the funky and vibrant restaurants and cafes of Southbank are literally at your doorstep.
The space includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open plan kitchen with island bench and a wonderful entertainers balcony with views to the City, the Yarra River and beyond.
The bedrooms contains 1 Queen bed and the other a very comfortable Double bed, additional sleeping arrangements can be made if necessary in the living room to accommodate that extra guest or family member.
If you are visiting Melbourne by car, the apartment has a secure undercover car space accessible 24 hours a day.
Guests will have full access to the apartment and parking.
In some cases we are able to meet guests at the property to exchange keys. However, we have some options (secure lock box, cafe option etc) which are much more convenient for guests that allow them to turn up at a time of their choosing after 2pm - we might use one of these methods instead.
The apartment is in a high-rise building in Southbank, a neighborhood of Melbourne known for its high-end shopping and dining, as well as its art spaces like the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art and the National Gallery of Victoria.
There are many transport options available including the free tram zone which is only a 5 minute walk from the apartment
