Our caravan is on a private site next to a popular licensed airfield in Shobdon, and is a great location for pilots, aviation enthusiasts, and anyone who likes a quiet break and a good night's sleep! During daylight hours there will be aircraft of all kinds to see, and a there's a great cafe too. There's some beautiful countryside in the local area, with the Welsh border only a few miles away. For longer stays we're offering some good discounts - with no price increases for the school holidays!

Our beautiful 32' static caravan really is 'air' bnb, perfectly located on Shobdon Airfield Caravan site. The airfield is very popular, fully licensed and has a great club area and cafe open 7 days a week. Popular with all types of aviation, there are light aircraft, gliders, helicopters and microlights. Our caravan is on the edge of the campsite in the middle of the airfield, offering an amazing view of the runway, hangar and apron/parking from inside the living room.

"The Smithy" is a 17th C Blacksmiths Barn, converted to a high-end standard .There is a large dual aspect beamed vaulted ceiling in the living room,a log burner, leather sofa, pine table and chairs, free wi fi and Sony TV. The cosy bedroom has a 5ft brass bed, the bathroom has a deep bath, rain soak shower and heated floor. Last but not least, the modern fitted kitchen has everything you will require for your culinary needs.A secluded garden with fire pit and seats to stargaze.Sorry no pets .
