Probably the place I recommend the most. Sit down pizza place. Great pizza, great old fashioned pizzeria menu (pasta etc). Super family friendly.

Coxsackie used to be a rundown and economically depressed Hudson River town. Then Brooklyn arrived! And some local native Coxsackie developers. We now have a lovely riverfront down with some terrific food options, a playground and the prettiest riverfront park.
